I am weary of wealthy churches and pampered congregants…

I am weary of watching wealthy churches splurge on themselves and their pampered congregants, while others in great need suffer and go unreached. I am weary of the disparity in Birmingham. I am weary of their pride and hardened hearts, lovers of football and mostly themselves. I am tired of it, and it must end or judgment will come. I am giving you an opportunity Birmingham. I suggest you take it. This is the Lord.

I know this doesn’t sound like me, but I want you to know and feel how tired I am of this city Birmingham, one full of people who claim to know me so well but live as if they do not. I am weary, but I am also patient. There is urgency here. I will not stay my righteous right hand forever. Take this opportunity Birmingham. Seize it. And let my glory shine like the sun in the wake of your repentance and surrender. Wake up! Come out into the light! Stop playing your silly games and bow to your King. Time is running out. Time is running out. This is the Lord.
