God’s guidance & direction

All of God’s people experience Him differently.  I often experience the Holy Spirit in a conversation, and recently He led me to start posting some of our conversations.  I speak in italics, and our Lord in bold print. click here to read about how this series came to be.

Sometimes it is hard for me to understand your guidance and direction. Could you help me understand?

The way I guide and direct is different than how you would do it. It is not linear. It is not efficient. Because my primary purpose and focus is not the task or the result, but the heart. I will send you this way or that in ways that don’t make sense and are not the most efficient. But that is because my goals and desired outcomes are beyond your understanding. Just trust me and all will be well. “My ways are higher than your ways; my thoughts are higher than your thoughts.” Trust me 🙂
