What is spiritual pride?

Let’s talk about spiritual pride.

OK, what is it?

Spiritual pride is believing there is something special or unique about you other than Jesus and the presence of the Holy Spirit. It is believing that you are set apart in a unique way. It is setting yourself above or apart from other believers. It is of Satan, who is always looking to divide and separate. Your works will be judged on That Day, and you will be rewarded for those that are true and lasting. But do not focus on these things here and now. Rather, be compassionate. Inspire. Call to more. But be wary of spiritual pride, and wear always the humility of Christ. Stay in your lane and do your job, and yours alone, with humility and grace.
